The super rich are benefiting from massive discounts of luxury homes in the capital, amid brexit uncertainty and high stamp duty.

Sellers are having to knock off over £1m to entice buyers in areas such as Mayfair and Knightsbridge. Knightsbridge asking prices have been slashed by over 12% which equates to an average discount of over £900,000.
